Paradise Beach water tower

This concept design for the Paradise Beach Water Tower reimagines the existing tower as a striking mixed-use landmark that retains the sculptural power of the original concrete structure while transforming it into a contemporary destination. The adaptive-reuse approach preserves the tower’s iconic cylindrical frame and ribbed vertical supports, enclosing them with a new façade of high-performance curved glazing. This transparent skin creates light-filled interior spaces while celebrating the tower’s geometric rhythm from both inside and out. The elevated cylindrical tank becomes a bold branding crown, offering prime visibility for corporate identity and anchoring the tower as a coastal beacon.

Internally, the reconfigured structure accommodates boutique hospitality and commercial functions stacked vertically within the tower’s circular footprint. Panoramic restaurants, lounges, and hotel suites take full advantage of the tower’s height, with uninterrupted 360-degree views over the surrounding coastline. A new external circulation spine, expressed as a sculptural stair and glass-clad lift shaft, provides both functional access and a dynamic architectural counterpoint to the tower’s strong vertical massing.
